Dinis Alberto Mota Tracana

Dinis Tracana recently concluded his master’s degree at Faculty of Law, University of Lisbon and submitted a thesis entitled “Abuse under the Merger Directive – A different approach to the concept of valid commercial reasons”. In 2010, he obtained his graduate degree in Law from Faculty of Law, University of Lisbon. He has attended various intensive courses offered by the said Faculty on - Compared and European Competition Law (2009), GREIT Lisbon Summer Course on Tax Law (2010), EU VAT (2011), Corporate Restructurings and Reorganizations (IDEFF, 2013) and The Relevance of the Concept of Residence On Tax and EU Treaties (Direct Taxation) (2013). He is a Tax lawyer at Garrigues Portugal S.L. – Sucursal. He is a member of the research group on Tax Governance: International Standards, Patriotisms and Exiles.
