Maria Amparo Grau Ruiz

She has a PhD in law from the Universidad Complutense of Madrid. She obtained her masters in Business Administration from the University San Pablo – CEU and her law degree from the University of Valencia, Spain. She is a Professor of Tax Law at the Universidad Complutense of Madrid. Principal Investigator of the research project "tax to promote foreign investment socially responsible measures: accounting and legal approximation and institutional implications for developing economies," funded by the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness. Her areas of expertise are - socially responsible organizations, environmental taxation, fiscal federalism, international and comparative taxation, budget law, financing for development. She joined the research group on Tax Governance: International Standards, Patriotisms and Exiles.
