Pedro Costa Monteiro

Pedro Costa Monteiro is a doctoral candidate at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, in the area of Legal-Economic Sciences.

He is a legal advisor, working in the Value Added Tax Services Directorate (DSIVA).

Pedro Costa Monteiro is Representative of the Tax and Customs Authority (AT), at the Meetings of the Group on Tax Matters of the European Council of the European Union (EU), as well as of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), and of the “Intra- European Organization of Tax Administration” (IOTA).
