He was also Professor of the Degree in European Studies at the Faculty of Letters of the University of Lisbon (2019-2022) and Lecturer at the Higher Institute of Social and Political Sciences (2002-2007).

Author of books and articles, particularly in the areas of European Union Law, Economic Law and Public Finance.
