Is the UTPR a 100 Percent Tax on a Deemed Distribution?

CIDEEFF and IDEFF are pleased to announce the holding of a seminar featuring Prof Dr Fadi Shaheen on the topic of ‘Is the UTPR a 100 Percent Tax on a Deemed Distribution?’.

The session will take place on 24 October, between 5pm and 7.30pm, in the CARL2 arbitration room (Floor 3) of the School of Law of University of Lisbon.
