IDEFF/ASJP Protocol

On 16 September 2011 a cooperation Protocol was signed between the Institute for Economic, Financial and Tax Law of FDL and the Portuguese Judges’ Trade Union (ASJP - Associação Sindical dos Juízes Portugueses).

This Protocol is essential concerned with the dissemination of economic, financial and tax law with regard to contemporary socioeconomic issues, as well as providing ASJP members with on-going training to update knowledge in the economic and financial domain, which is essential in the judgement of economic crimes.
