Postgraduate Specialization Course - "European Law in Action - The Jurisprudence of The Court of Justice of The Europea Union"

The book “National Justice European Justice"(Justiça Nacional Justiça Europeia) is now on sale, which brings together the papers given in the introductory sessions of the Course.
Between 20 to 25 June, the students from the postgraduate course carried out a visit to the Court of Justice of the European Union at the invitation of the Portuguese Judge Cunha Rodrigues.
They also went to Strasbourg during the same trip to attend a talk given by Prof. Vlad Constantinesco of the Faculty of Law of the University of Strasbourg and visited the European Court of Human Rights at the invitation of the Portuguese Judge Paulo Pinto de Albuquerque.
